What are the shipping costs?

If you place an order, you pay €4.95 shipping costs for the Netherlands and €9.95 for Belgium.

What is the delivery time?

All orders are shipped within 2/3 working days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email contains the track and trace code. This is a PostNL link with which you can track the shipment.

Which postal service sends my packages?

We always deliver our packages with the highest priority. We use PostNL.

Are you missing an item from your order?

We are sorry to hear that you are missing an item from your order. You can send us an email stating your order number and indicating which item you are missing from the order. We will investigate this for you and ensure that you receive a response within 24 hours during our opening hours.

Yes, that is possible. We deliver abroad via our website www.worb.nl.

What happens to your order if you are not home?

The delivery will most likely be offered to the neighbors. If the neighbors are also not home, the deliverer will leave a note that they will try to deliver it again on the next delivery day.

Can I change the delivery time?

This is only possible after the first delivery attempt has been made. You can pass on a change via the link in your track & trace.

I have received the wrong product packaging, what should I do?

You can send us an email with a photo of the packaging and the order number. We will be happy to investigate this for you and come back to you with a solution.

TRACK & TRACE

When will I receive my track and trace code?

You will receive the track and trace code as soon as your package has been processed.

My Track & Trace shows no status, is this correct?

It is good to know that when your Track & Trace has been generated, your package is not yet in the hands of PostNL. For this reason, your delivery time is not immediately known, which is why it is best to check your status again the next morning. If the status remains, your package has not yet been assigned to a route. It is best to wait for this. If it takes longer than 2 days, you can contact us so we can investigate this for you.

The status of my Track & Trace is "shipment expected, but not yet in the sorting process". What does this mean?

This means that your package is between our logistics center and the PostNL depot. The first scan is given in the depot. You can wait calmly for this because usually on the next delivery day a delivery time will be known.

The status of my Track & Trace is "sorting center". What does this mean?

This means that the package has arrived at the PostNL sorting center. PostNL then performs another scan so that you receive a delivery time on the Track & Trace link

YOUR PACKAGE

According to PostNL, my package has been delivered, but I have not received it. What now?

First of all, we are sorry that you have not received the package. PostNL may have delivered your package to the neighbors without leaving a note. Therefore, first ask the neighbors if they have the package. If not, please contact us immediately. We will then contact PostNL to ask for more information about the relevant delivery.

My order has been cancelled, but the money has been debited from my account.
