Return and Refund Policy

It is possible to return an order
and this must be done within 14 days. The 14 days start when the order has been received.

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the return and take the desired action.

We will then refund the amount due within 10 business days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition. Return costs are at your own expense.

Please note: We only accept unopened and complete items (due to hygiene). If a product does not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return.
