1. What products does WÔRB offer?

WÔRB specializes in premium eyebrow essentials. Designed to help you achieve the perfect eyebrows.

2. How do I use WÔRB products?

• Brow Soap: Moisten your spoolie, swipe it over the soap, and brush your eyebrows into the desired shape.
• Brow Wax: Swipe your spoolie through the wax and brush your eyebrows into the desired shape.

3. What is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped to keep you updated on its delivery status. Once your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your track & trace code.

4. Can I return my product?

Returning an order is possible and must be done within 14 days. The 14 days start when the order is received.

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the return and take the desired action.

We will then refund the amount due within 10 business days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good condition. Return costs are at your own expense.

Please note: We only accept unopened and complete items (due to hygiene). If a product does not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return.
